We are looking to expand our team and company with the recruitment of a Business Development Executive.
As a Business Development Executive your responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound Customer Sales.
- Adding additional services to easytrip customers, contacting them to let them know what services are available and how they can avail of these offers.
- Offering easytrip services to the SME market.
- Making outbound sales calls in conjunction with marketing campaigns.
- Achieving sales targets by analysing the needs and meeting the requirements of new and existing customers.
- Responsible for meeting monthly targets and other KPI’s.
- Report sales figures to their line manager on regular basis.
- Delivering best practice and excellence in customer care.
- Escalate customer issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Other ad hoc tasks as required.
- An enthusiastic and energetic person with a good attitude.
- Be target driven and KPI focussed.
- Must have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a busy customer focussed environment.
- A proven track record in winning new business.
- High proficiency with MS Office, with CRM & database system experience.
- A passion for delivering true value and excellent customer service and a hunger to succeed

- Experience with inside sales, including sales outreach.
- Fluent written and spoken English essential.
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
- Experience in Sales, Consulting, Media and/or Advertising.
- Experience in business development, self prospecting, lead generation and a proven track record of working towards sales goals.
