Business Development Executive

We are looking to expand our team and company with the recruitment of a Business Development Executive.

At Webbiz we work together with some of Ireland’s leading B2B and B2C brands. Some of our clients include Jervis Shopping Centre, Gym Plus, Stillorgan Decor and Hunt Office to name a few.

As a Business Development Executive your responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound Customer Sales.
  • Adding additional services to easytrip customers, contacting them to let them know what services are available and how they can avail of these offers.
  • Offering easytrip services to the SME market.
  • Making outbound sales calls in conjunction with marketing campaigns.
  • Achieving sales targets by analysing the needs and meeting the requirements of new and existing customers.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly targets and other KPI’s.
  • Report sales figures to their line manager on regular basis.
  • Delivering best practice and excellence in customer care.
  • Escalate customer issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.

The Candidate:

  • An enthusiastic and energetic person with a good attitude.
  • Be target driven and KPI focussed.
  • Must have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a busy customer focussed environment.
  • A proven track record in winning new business.
  • High proficiency with MS Office, with CRM & database system experience.
  • A passion for delivering true value and excellent customer service and a hunger to succeed

Qualifications Required

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with inside sales, including sales outreach.
  • Fluent written and spoken English essential.

Must Have:

  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Experience in Sales, Consulting, Media and/or Advertising.
  • Experience in business development, self prospecting, lead generation and a proven track record of working towards sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex challenges and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
