This also allows us to tailor our service to meet your business needs and goals to a tee.
Stage 1 – Discovery
After the initial meeting, we will hold a more in-depth conversation to learn about any features that are essential for your project. It is during this overview that we will learn everything about your target audience and market, current KPIs, projected sales, budgets, timelines, and revenue. If your company already has an online presence – an older website or a social media profile, for instance – we ask you to share this with us that we can incorporate it in the process too.
With our expertise and your insider knowledge, we can outline the specific strengths and weaknesses of your business, along with insightful marketing ideas.
After the discovery phase is concluded, a bespoke proposal is created. This will incorporate both your requirements and any breakthroughs we would have identified for your new project. Stage 2 – Planning

After the first final build is done, we jump straight into the testing phase. Here, our Quality Assurance Team tries to find any issues, bugs, or flaws that could become issues in the future. Our content peeps also ensure that every word about your products is just right.
Testing is something that at times, maybe overlooked by some agencies. From our experience, we know that is extremely important to eliminate as many issues as possible here rather than after the launch. As there is no second chance to make a first impression, patience rewards quality.
