The Irish School of Motoring is synonymous with learning to drive in Ireland. For over 60 years, ISM has been responsible for teaching new drivers to be capable, responsible and diligent road users no matter what kind of road or work vehicle they want to drive. Their brand and digital presence ought to match this legacy and reputation. So, when they approached us, we took this as an opportunity to build not just a new website, a whole platform that they could use to scale their business to even greater heights.

Concept –> Development
For ISM, it wasn’t really sufficient to just build them a website. Considering the volume of training available and the centers around the country, they needed bigger. Adding the desired functionalities of the site, it became clear that they needed an all-in-one platform which would allow customers to arrange lessons and accept payments.
So, after examining the many varied user journeys, we create several funnels. Our intention being that whether using the site as a trainer or an instructor, it would make sense. Crucially, it would also never leave the user wondering where they should go next. All of this nestled, within a beautiful design, made a space for ISM that reflected their long-standing quality and reputation.
ISM: Custom-Built To Perfection
Every part of the process was a two-way street with constant communication between us and our client. We would propose ideas and improvements, discuss any design tweaks we felt were needed to be made, or plugins needed to be added. The finished product gave ISM everything they needed. Over 40 plugins gave their website the complete feeling of a smooth-running platform.
Their brand-new custom-built website caters to all their clientele – learners, instructors, employers and job seekers – allowing them to book lessons and accept payments easily. It is a one-stop-shop for anyone who wants to improve skills, gain certification and get on a steady path towards their professional or personal futures.
